Overview

Parodia is a job board system based, based on ASP (active server pages) scripts and an MS Access or MS SQL database back end. It allows agencies and employers to post jobs and search the CV (résumé) database for candidates.

Candidates can search the online database for jobs, with results ranked by date or keyword relevance. They can also create an account, upload multiple CVs and register for regular emails from the optional 'job search agent' software add-on.

These clients can then allocate the resources they've purchased to their various consultants too. For recruiters and employers with multiple offices or departments, Parodia's security model lets the IT department grant access in much the same way they would to other IT systems.
